Squeezing in all the necessary things in life along with writing (and general creating) time is the story of my life. <br /><br />But I've also learned, through trial and painful error, how much I need my hour at the gym to clear my head, to loosen my back, to maintain my stress at a level where I stand a fucking snowflake's chance in hell of ever creating anything worthwhile. I'm sure there are people who work out and eat sensibly for vanity, but for me, it's more like sanity. There's just no other way. This is a connection that will impose itself on all of us.
